I provide a supportive and mindul space for individuals, couples and families, navigating life's transitions. Based in Marin County, my practice is dedicated to helping clients cultivate resilience and emotional well-being through a compassionate, clinical lens. We will work together to find your path.

Deep, lasting change begins when we move beyond simply managing symptoms and start exploring what it means to truly thrive. For over four decades, my work has been centered on a single, vital goal: helping individuals, couples, and families dissolve the roadblocks to their happiness and rediscover their natural capacity for joy.
I believe that psychological health is inseparable from our sense of meaning and connection. To support this, I pioneered a "wellness model" known as Mindful Psychology. This holistic approach integrates several key disciplines to provide a comprehensive path to healing:

While my approach is heart-centered, it is built on a rigorous professional foundation. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, LCSW, and MFT with a journey that began at the University of California, Berkeley, and continued through a PhD in Clinical Psychology.
