Dr. Neil Kobrin combines the ancient wisdom of mindfulness with his vast understanding of psychology to bring you an experience created to change your life. Through this six week video online and interactive process you will have an opportunity to engage in a journey that will challenge your “emotional status quo.” You will be given the tools to change the way you see the world, change your relationship with yourself and cultivate true emotional well-being.
Each week you will receive a video designed to fully involve you in a process of self-exploration. Each video will provide you with a “mindful way” exercise, a form of guided meditation that will help you quite the mind and connect with your inner-being. To deepen your understanding, you will also receive a workbook developed to enhance your experience by offering you an opportunity to explore questions related to the content of each video. And, each week, along with your fellow course participants, you will be provided with a live call with Dr. Neil to ask direct questions about the video content or related material, as well as have an opportunity to process what has emerged for you.
Separate audio of the videos and mindful way exercises will also be provided.
