Deposits for events are processed upon registration to secure your reservation and are non-refundable. Deposits are applied in full to the cost of the workshop, retreat or other event. Final payment of the balance due must be received within one week prior to the event date for workshops and events. Final payment of the balance due for retreats is 30 days prior to the departure date. If an event is cancelled due to insufficient registrations you will receive a full refund. For Retreats, fees for cancellation 90-60 days prior to event date is 25% of the full registration fee; 60-31 days, 50%; 30 days, 100% of cost.
Returns are accepted within 30 days or receipt for full credit minus shipping charge. All items returned must be received in the new/resellable condition. Prior to returning any item, you must contact our office and request a RMA number for your return. The RMA number must be clearly provided on the outside of your returned package.
All items are shipped from or offices with two business days of receiving your order. Orders are usually shipped by the method described in your order unless there is a better option available.
